Melvin: Rooibos

2021 Amber farmhouse ale fermented in wine barrels for 2 years with mixed culture. Prior to packaging we pulled off a single keg of Melvin to condition on Rooibos tea for added complexity. This bier is crisp, jammy and a perfect accompaniment to the changing foliage.
