This is my first blend of 2021. It's a blend of three different elements; two beers which were lambic-base worts fermented with cultures cultivated from commercial lambic and an apple cider made from Honey Crisp apples also fermented with a culture from a Dutch wild ale brewery and blendery. The blend ratio is 73:27 respectively.
