Hazy DIPA with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra. It's fruity and juicy with a fluffy body. A balanced, slightly sweet, 8%-er with tropical aromatics and velvety body and mouthfeel. The majority hop used was Mosaic, which you can taste in the blueberry forefront, followed by that citrusy Amarillo and Citra backend.The aroma is full of lime and vanilla cream. The flavor is unripened pear, kiwi and pineapple juice. There is some dank mango and strawberry taffy and LOADS of citrus salad.It’s more “green” tasting than our average hazy with that punchy coat-your-mouth that you get from that divine and complete excess of hops. That gentle candied burn is in contrast to the beautiful fluffy carbonation that gives it the softest most pillowy mouthfeel.
