We here at Manic are big fans of Starthistle honey. This semi-sweet traditional mead captures all the light, delicate nuances of this honey – floral, earthy, musty, with a hint of anise. We are super happy to have this mead back on the menu, so make sure to get some for yourself before we drink it all.
