A blend, of 50% barrel aged beers fermented on Syrah Grenache and Mourvèdre grape pomace (fermentation is performed spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeast strains from the grape skin), and 50% of a fresh farmhouse ale fermented with our house culture (bacterias, wild yeasts and brewer yeasts)
