Following our wish to express extreme drinkabilityin our drinks, we just push this new hoppy bev intothe wild. A tender malt matrix is layered as afundamental base, paired with some beautiful lotof Centennial hops in the hot stages. What’s next isthe usual “leave alone and let ferment” but this timeless dry and a bit more juiced. Double stage dryhopping IPA house process has been perfectlyexecuted, and Mosaic stratified on top of Idaho 7.Both of these hop lots are simply expressive beasts.Expect soft sugared lemon sherbet paired withsome freshly cut pineapple. Some sort of peachring and guayaba are just behind, slapping somemore aroma through it.
