Sonora By Mornin’ is a new oak barrel-aged saison crafted in collaboration with our Phoenix friends, Roses By the Stairs. This exceptional brew was made with Sonoran wheat, 300 pounds of hand-foraged prickly pear (gathered by the Roses By the Stairs team in the Sonoran Desert), 1,000 pounds of Nebbiolo grapes, and a blend of our house saison yeast and wild yeast from the grapes. After more than a year of resting in barrels, it reveals layered flavors of blood orange, prickly pear, and red grape. Inspired by the red-hued Southwest sunrise, Sonora By Mornin’ celebrates desert beauty and the special uniqueness of its ingredients.
