The base for this beer consists of classic Maris Otter malt, wheat and a touch of cara gold to give it a beautiful slightly golden straw colour. Low bitterness in the kettle allows the malts delicate honey character to shine alongside the dry hop of solely Amarillo. Expect some marmalade on toast, apricot jam and tangerine up front with some pin wood aromatics and a lingering spicy grapefruit finish.
