Wild Table Beer

This crisp and dry table beer has been aged in barrels since our first brewday in December 2021. A complex mixed fermentation character bringsnotes of hay and funk, with hints of pineapple and coconut leading intoa tannic finish from the wine casks. Fresh lemon and lime zest round outthe beer. This beer will continue to develop over time as the fruit flavourfades and is transformed by the yeast into something wilder.
