The Macadamia Winter is a Belgian Dark Nut Ale brewed for the annual Winter Beer Festival at Triggerfish Brewery.This beer uses 8kgs of Macadamia nuts brought down from Nelspruit to Somerset West.Direct infusion came from the actual roasting of the nuts which were added to the fermenting process.Dark delicious richness in a glass.Enjoy!
