BrettCave 01 : the Dude

Описание

Started as a Belgian Wit Beer, but was transferred to oak wine barrel to work up the funk. Mulberry addition (Croatian for mulberry is Dud, hence the name) gave this beer its intense red-purple color. Sourness is both from the fruit and the mixed fermentation. The tiny green stems of the berries contributed with a distinct peppery note as well.
