Pælles Pils

A collaboration between All In Brewing and Nyköping Brewing Company. A 5,6% German style Pilsner, with an Ibu at 45, which is the highest we dared to take it. Hallertau Mittelfruh and Hallertau Blanc set the tone for this crisp and bitter Pilsner. Named Pælles Pils as an homage to collaborator Patrick Holmqvist who is nicknamed Palle and mixed it up with our own Pelle.
