Grisette Wet Hopped (Cascade 8/23/22)

Our Grisette is a lower ABV farmhouse beer we make with our house Saison yeast culture. What was special about this was that after months of barrel aging, we added fresh Cascade hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, CO. The aroma and complexity that come from this combo is unlike anything I have ever tasted. This blend is simply amazing. So fruity.
