This batch brought us back to Henry Street but let’s see what you think.With some process tweaks here on South Street, we started off with a Straight Outta Middletown grain bill and a supersized amount of Citra.Aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, key lime, and tropical nectar lead to explosive flavors of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass with a resinous and chewy mouthfeel. Paired with its extremely bright #EQJuice melon custard finish, this the best TIPA to come out of South Street yet.
