As the largest primate on the planet, Gorillas need to eat huge amounts of food to survive and as vegetarians, they eat upwards of 60 pounds of greens per day. Their large bellies reflect their eating habits. Similarly, brewers need large amounts of beer to survive, often resulting in similar bellies. In recognition of this brotherhood, we offer Gorilla Belly, a big ol' Triple IPA hopped and hopped with Eureka, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Motueka. With notes you will die for, including candied orange, strawberry/blackberry jam, Luxardo cherries and spruce and a balancing sweet malt backbone, you'll come to respect and love the Gorilla (and Brewer) Belly!
