This beer was mashed in for a full 60 hours straight! The brewers even staying and sleeping in the brewery! Expect nothing but the highest levels of umami flavours possible! This savoury base is balanced by the tartness and wild character of an Oud Bruin, then aged in a Cognac barrel for 1 year for added complexity.
