California Double IPA. WTF is that? Interpretations will vary. With some google research and creative license we gave it a go. Taking a Pilsner and dextrin malt base, loads of Chinook, Amarillo and Galaxy and fermenting with Biotransforming yeast we gave it a nudge. Sweet malty body with some bitterness and candied citrus fruit flavours.
