BOGGART a mischievous creature known for souring things, quite like our brewers! This sour is brewed with pilsner malts oats and raw wheat for an extra light body. Lightly hopped in the kettle and then fermented with a lactic acid producing strain. A unselfish amount of kiwi purée was thrown in after fermentation to enhance the tartness while leaving a juicy character to the beer. Perfect for those hot summer days!
