The final installment in the trilogy! Since it's inception we've been dead excited for our turn to brew this beer. We've used all of our knowledge & skill (as well as gentle whispering) to create this marvelous concoction! Layers of pillowy soft sweetness & velvet smoothness lift the Citra, Citra Cryo, Sabro & Galaxy hops to new heights. Overripe peach, guava, papaya & mango flavours dance around on the palate coupled with a balanced low bitterness. The finish is silky soft & tropical fruit joyfully lingers. It will transport you to our tropical paradise, don your trunks & dive in!MLN, the last chapter is here. This has without a doubt been one of our favourite projects over the last few years. What started with the idea of doing one big Double IPA with our Northern pals (North & Wylam) for an event in Copenhagen, descended into a three-year odyssey that finishes here. Wylam & North did such a good job with their versions, that we felt a little bit of pressure to make sure we did something special...Honestly, this beer kind of reflects how far we've come over the last few years. We've been slightly limited by the tools at our disposal, but with a few additions, we are now able to manage our own house yeast culture which has been a total game-changer for our hoppy beers and it really sings in these big Double IPAs. That with some extra years of experimentation and access to better hops means that our beers are starting to hit the levels that we always knew they could.
