BockThor.... Dutch for Longhorn beetle.... a species you do not want in your barrelroom!!!....We brew this doppelbock with fresh hops from Waalwijk (thanks for growing Chris de Peffer!) directly after harvest (about 22hrs after harvest) to get the best taste possible. Wort was decocted like the original style bock to obtain a malty dark bock to tickle your tastebuds! Enjoy !!!Dutch: dubbelbock met verse (22uur) hop uit Waalwijk. Moutig donker en uit traditioneel decoctie wort gebrouwen. Een traditionele doppelbock met zoete en bittere diepgang.
