Mutterschiff is our second beer fermented using only brettanomyces. This special blend contains 10 individual strains. It has been brewed on the 1st of October 2021 with our beloved friends from Bierol. After 2 months of fermentation we dryhopped the beer with German nectar hops (Callisto and Monroe varieties) from the hop farm Hofenhandel Resch. You can enjoy it young to get the floral and fruity hop flavours at their best. Or you can let it aged a bit to let the brettanomyces express themselves to high intensity Brett character.
