This Non-alc IPA is über-high in juiciness and nano-low in ABV (0.5%). We pitched a special yeast that uses arrested fermentation to produce the lowest of the alc with all of the fruity yeasty esters, and then massively dry-hopped it with Citra and Mosaic for some big lupulin aromas.
