L.B. Mosaic Pale Ale

A single-hopped pale ale brewed using US Mosaic hops and a Kölsch-style yeast (a top-fermenting ale-style yeast fermented at lower, lager-type fermentation temperatures). A simple, pale, Pilsner and Wheat malt base forms the basis for the traditional Kölsch-style yeast to impart its signature delicate, fruity esters during the colder fermentation. Using a moderate amount of (only) Mosaic hops in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping, this super pale beer is oozing with fresh mandarin, blueberry and apricot notes.
