This beer is inspired by our friend, Joel Shuchat, and his passion for using carefully curated ingredients at his establishments. The malt bill includes maize and lactose, is light on bitterness and has an amazingly complex citrus, earthy aroma from the 10 year aged orange peel.Serving this beer nitrogenated, we thought this would also be reminiscent of a creamsicle.
