The 2023 edition of No Minutes to Midnight was aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months and conditioned on a ludicrous amount of dried raspberries (a delicious snack, btw) and a similarly bonkers quantity of roasted cocoa nibs. It’s velvety smooth and sticky in the best way, with pronounced notes of sweet dark cocoa and tart raspberry, all within a bourbon embrace. The result is a mind-meltingly delicious stout that straddles the beer-dessert continuum.
