Sugar Plum Fairy was one of our 2022 winterbeers named after the classic Christmasballet The Nutcracker. This year we brewedyet another batch for the 2023 winter beercollection. It is a toasty and biscuity brown ale with notes of stewed plums and sticky raisins.
