Amber ale from 2017 aged on bourbon barrels with local oak and caramelized apples.Copper colored beer with cider vinegar, toffee, red berries and hints ofvanilla. Creamy mouthfeel with lively effervescence leading to upfront tartnesswith flavors of dried apricot, bruised apples and cinnamon, followed by a candy- like sweetness. Salt spray in the aftertaste with malty sweetness balancing the acidity.The beer is made together with Nord snaps, using the residual fruit from their production, in an attempt to minimize food waste on our island.
