We cooked whole figs and toasted hazelnuts in a blend of juice from our friends at Tuttle Orchards to come up with this perfect fall cider. It has a roasty and nutty aroma from the hazelnuts to balance the savory fruitness of the figs, leading to a smooth, balanced, and lightly sweet cider.
