Vanilla Berry Bites Fruited Sour

Описание

One of my all time favorite breweries, American The Eight State Brewing had to close earlier in 2024. Cam there is an amazing brewer and person and I always wanted to brew with him.Luckily, he has a multi faceted new project, Hidden Space who I invited for a collaborative Fruited Sour. The first beer out of two celebrating my own 40th birthday - the perfect release for a new beginning in 2025.The beer is a lovely Fruited Sour full of blueberries, raspberries and a touch of passion fruit to balance the richness of the berries. To round it off and give it some creaminess we added kilos of real vanilla.
