This is a modern hoppy cask beer brewed in collaboration with the Legendary Pelican Inn, Gloucester. A clean malt base of Extra Pale malt with 10% Spelt. Hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic for ripe berry, tropical fruit and a healthy dose of dank on the back end.
