This Cucumber Lemon Gose is a beer designed for a heat wave day. It’s bright sourness goes great with additions of salt, coriander and lemon peel, along with plenty cucumber to boost the naturally sharp, refreshing notes of German-style Gose. Tartness and salt go hand in hand with no harshness or bitterness. Some white cereal cracker can come out in the final taste. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with white foam.
