Cloud Nine is another Angel's Envy collaboration to savor, this time it's honeycrisp aged in a the rum/whiskey barrel. Still, sweet, complex, unctuous with balanced acidity. Aged in stainless, and then 4 months in a Caribbean rum barrel used at Angel's Envy Distilling to age rye whiskey. Tasting Notes: Honey, brown sugar, pineapple.
