Months ago, we teamed up with our friends at Cider Corps in downtown Mesa to create something new: a malted cider. Born from combining Kilt Lifter wort with 750 gallons of apple juice, Squirrel’s Secret is the version of this unique concoction fermented at Four Peaks, while Secret Squirrel is Cider Corps’ rendition. Both are dry and fruity like cider, but display an alluring—dare we say secretive?—hint of malt character.
