Fifth Anniversary Party VariantWe infused this keg of two-year old Sauvignon Blanc barrel-aged sour beer with 19 year old Pureh Menghai Ripe-style "wet pile" fermented tea. The tea brings complimentary stone fruit and wet hay aromatics along with a wisp of bitterness.
