Submitted for the 2023 Rare Beer Challenge.A two barrel blend aged on Central Otago Cherries. One barrel was a saison which had been aging in Ex-Syrah barrels with added syrah lees. The other was a kettle soured red beer base which had been racked to a second use bourbon barrel. After 10months these two barrels were blended together then placed back into barrel with lots of Central Otago Cherries. This beer aged on the cherries for about 10months where it then racked to keg and has been sitting in keg for a while now.Only 40l is out there.Submitted for the 2023 Rare Beer Challenge.
