This novel variation of our Farmstead® single-hop India pale ales was brewed in March 2024 with organic lime juice and Phantasm Thiol Powder and dry-hopped with hand-selected Motueka™ hops grown by Freestyle Farm— our agricultural partner in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. Phantasm is made from Marlborough, New Zealand, Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, enhancing strong tropical fruit aromas during fermentation.
