Banshee is our take on a mountain IPA. Where east meets west coast styles we went for a Maris otter base with a touch of caramalt for a biscuit malt flavour. From the hops, all the bitterness upfront that you would expect from a westy IPA with ripe pineapple and grapefruit juiciness to finish like the east coasts we’ve come to love. Dry hopped with Cascade and Simcoe.
