Ramsdell is a nineteenth century heirloom from Connecticut. Post-fermentation, it exhibits notes of deep burnt sugar with a long finish of butterscotch. It presents lemon acidity but has a smokey, leathery component. 100% Ramsdell apples grown at Masonville Orchards.
