This cider is made from from all natural danish apples with no additives. This cider has been produced with traditional spanish methods allowing air in the beginning of the fermentation. This gives a clear and clean acidity that can be noted at the end. The cider has strong aroma of apple pie, but also deeper notes like toasted bread. The cider is dry and produced and bottled in 2021.
