This Champagne, or Brut, IPA is characterized by a bone dry finish, increased effervescence and bright tropical hop notes. Brewed exclusively for our friends at El Carnicero and Momocho this “hoppy champagne” is loaded up with Amarillo, Centennial, Cashmere and Chinook hops for notes of pineapple, citrus zest, and peach.
