Sour Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Merlot and Cabernet MustThis is a special beer that has been in the works for more than three years. The two barrels spent 30 months aging then six months refermenting on Merlot and Cabernet grape must. Finally extended bottle conditioning makes for a true hybrid of the flavors on mixed-ferment beer and red wine.
