Continuing our foray into Phantasm. We mash-hopped this with two of our favourite hops enriched in bound-thiols permitting enzymatic liberation into the wort. Along with Mosaic Incognito, a small whirlpool charge of Citra and a good dose of Phantasm we really enjoyed the sensory leading up to a dry hop with Citra Lupomax, crop-specific Mosaic and our favourite Amarillo from the one & only Crosby Hop Farms. All in all a cool brew, decent mouthfeel and sensorily engaging from first to last sip. Enjoy all!
