Utilising our Le Pont Saison as a base, then augmented with organic pear. Complex aromatics of pear & citrus compliments the earthy and spicy character of the hops along with malty, fruity, earthy & peppery spice flavours. The effervescence and firm bit-terness are balanced but lingers with the dry finish.
