Our first attempt at a 'Table Beer', this style of beer is traditionally made up a very simple and light grain bill, hopped lightly and kept to a low ABV.We brewed this particular Table Beer with very light malts, hopped it lightly but appropriately with Trident hops and fermented it with a strain of Kveik, a Norwegian strain of yeast known for very fast and aggressive fermentations that leave very little residual sugars, resulting in a light, dry and crisp ale that's great for crushing.
