In this crazy collab with Salama Brewing we decided to go towards Hungarian pastries because why not!Gerbeaud is a layered yeast cake with apricot and walnut filling and chocolate glaze on top. This was our idea and this stout is the result!Just like with the pastry, consume it responsibly!;)
