Barrel-Aged Beer w/ RaspberriesRaspberry Coulis - Bright - Gummy CandiesEvery chef knows that when seasonal ingredients speak, you listen. The surprise offer of a fresh raspberry delivery was too good to pass up, so this beer was blended on the fly and in homage to these humble little succulents at their peak. Reminiscent of the award-winning Ruby, My Dear, this brilliantly red, effervescent sipper delivers on the promise of juicy, sweet raspberries plucked fresh from the bush, with a balanced and dry tartness that comes from years of honing our craft. Pucker up butter cup, this kiss of serendipity will be your song of the summer.
