Lost In Leith - Peach Barrel-Fermented Golden Sour (w/ Acid Brewing)

The second part of our collab with Acid Brewing Cartel, using the last stock of beer that Ciaran made. This is the same base beer as the previous collab Golden Sour, a mixture of both breweries house yeast strains, with some funky brett thrown in. After maturing for well over a year in Rioja & Bourbon barrels, we then blended in 250g/L of Peach Puree before being packaged. That's a lot of peach!The result is light, sweet and sour. Fuzzy ripe peaches, vanilla, apricot and honey are all there, with a touch of funk.
