Omicron Persei 8 has a nice hop character with almost malt like taste created by the buckwheat honey and coffee (think stout). This semi sweet mead is made with local wildflower honey, buckwheat honey, hops grown by Avery Mountain Bines & Twine, and Moka Origins Coffee. Hops and buckwheat honey added in boil.
