Hazy IPA brewed together with our friend Brian of Barclay Brewing (USA). We always wanted to experiment and learn new ways to work with our water and hop profile. This time to create a round, almost sweet profile to help lift the delicate hops while keeping it as balanced as possible.Throughout all the years we have known Brian we have loved the mouthfeel and balance in his hoppy beers and here we wanted to work on that and using Citra, Mosaic and Mosaic DynaBoost.
