European oak and fresh Pinot Noir residuals from the 2018 harvest give this cider fine tannic structure with a lovely loooong finish of red fruits and Pinot. Partially filtered, bone dry (0g/L) but wonderfully balanced, made with minimal sulfites. Limited quantities available.
